Café at Parkview
Our Food
Nutrition is an integ
ral component to the healing process. At Parkview, our cafeteria serves creative, wholesome and delicious cuisine, which emphasizes whole grains, fruits, nuts, vegetables and legumes.
In accordance with our philosophy of health, Parkview's Cafe is vegetarian with optional vegan and non-vegan meals. Inpatients at Parkview have the additional freedom to choose poultry, beef or fish. Executive Chef Oleg Opalnyk is happy to discuss preparation methods and recipes with anyone who would like to learn about them. For more information on patient meals, visit our patient guide.
