Description
Per diem position available. The Dietitian is responsible for provision of quality nutrition care and education for inpatients as well as quality nutrition education for outpatients, including nutrition components of the ADEF program. Approves all master menus for patients. Coordinates review and revision of the Diet Manual. Ensures departmental compliance with all state regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Must have minimum of bachelor’s degree in nutrition or related field, and completion of accredited/approved CP, DPD, DI, or AP4 program (Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education). Must be Licensed Dietitian (State of Maine), Registered Dietitian (Commission on Dietetic Registration). Minimum of two years experience in healthcare food and nutrition services required.
