Spirit of Women Sponsors Self-Esteem Coaching

BRUNSWICK – Are you amazing, very kind and talented? Do your thoughts and feelings matter? When someone compliments you, do you let that in and believe it?
If you’re having trouble feeling positive about yourself or how fulfilled your life feels, a workshop at Parkview Adventist Medical Center may help you grow a robust and long-lasting sense of self-esteem.
A free informational talk outlining effective ways to build self-confidence and maintain balance and vitality will be presented at Parkview in an hour-long program Wednesday, May 12, from 3-4 p.m.
“Healthy Self-Esteem–You Deserve It” will be held in Parkview’s first-floor board room. Deborah Bergeron, a certified professional co-active coach, will discuss new ways to turn off inner critical self-talk, improve personal relationships and identify limiting beliefs.
“I believe that we all yearn for a more meaningful, rich and impactful life,” said Bergeron. “When we are clear about our values, our vision of the future becomes clearer and we are more able to deal with self-defeating behaviors.
"My core belief is that every person is naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. We all have within us the power to identify, then fully realize our unlimited potential.”
