“The infusion room is comfortable and comforting with artwork, a view outside and staffed by caring people. ” “All the nurses are so caring, they make me feel like I am a part of their family or a dear friend.” “(Dr. Chase) doesn’t just listen to me, she hears me and therefore we can be an effective team to work on my treatment.” ~Heidi Wolfe, patient
“I found much help from the infusion center in being treated for four months with chemotherapy. Not only did I find the personnel competent professionals through and through in their knowledge and procedures of administering medication, but their simple human caring and readiness to answer questions and concerns did much to assuage my anxiety and help put my body and mind at ease…my thanks to all the doctors, nurses, technicians and office workers of the infusion center who kjnow this and practice it every day.” ~Brad Mitchell, patient
“Everyone I’ve met, they are consummate professionals and very caring in their approach to the whole experience in the office. They listen very well to me, communicate clearly and openly with me, take the time I need to feel comfortable about the course of treatment needed, discuss options openly, and are compassionate and truly caring in all their interactions. I’ve been to two other Hematology offices where this was not true.” “Whether it’s when I’ve gotten an infection and called in to get remote assistance and pharmacy calls, or when I come in for regular blood checks, or when I see Dr. Chase, or get an infusion to boost my immune system, or even when my Mom died and they sent me a card signed by the whole staff, everyone has been kind and treated me with respect and caring. Believe me when I say that this makes a huge difference to someone that is facing this process for the rest of his life! I surely wouldn’t wish cancer on anyone, but for those who are unlucky like me to get it, I hope you are as lucky as I’ve been to receive this level of compassionate and highly skilled care from Dr. Chase and the team!” ~Bob Dittrich, patient
