Angie Reed, Occupational Therapist

Angie Reed

Angie Reed, OTR/L graduated from the university of New England in 1985 and was part of their 1st graduating glass of Occupational Therapists. She has spent her career working in many settings in the area of physical disabilities, but has a strong interest in hand therapy including splinting, ergonomics, low vision, arthritis , and chronic neurologic conditions such as MS, Parkinsons, and developmental disabilities. What I like most about being an Occupational Therapist is being able to look at peoples problems and helping them recover and adjust how they are doing things to be able to resume doing the tasks they most enjoy.

“I love being at Parkview, because it allows me to incorporate my spiritual side and strong faith into healing the patients that I work with. As a Quaker I love looking for “that of God” in everyone.”
